The Regional Headquarters (Andaman & Nicobars) is commanded by the Commander, Coast Guard Region (Andaman & Nicobars) and is located at Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobars. He is responsible for the conduct of Coast Guard Operations on East & West Coast of Andaman & Nicobar Islands extending from North Coast of Diglipur upto South Coast of Campbell Bay. The Commander, Coast Guard Region (Andaman & Nicobars) is the operational and administrative authority of the District Commanders of his area of jurisdiction. The District Commanders of Region Andaman & Nicobars are as follows:-

• Commander Coast Guard District Headquarters No.9 [Diglipur, Andaman & Nicobar Islands]
• Commander Coast Guard District Headquarters No.10 [Campbell Bay, Andaman & Nicobar Islands]

In addition to the 2 District Headquarters of Coastal States of Region Andaman & Nicobar Islands, the Commander Coast Guard Region Andaman & Nicobars has also operational and administrative control of following units in his area of jurisdiction:

• Coast Guard Air Enclave, Port Blair.
• Regional Store Depot, Port Blair
• Base Maintenance Unit, Port Blair
